China's employee benefits system is still underdeveloped, with a majority of employees hoping to see improvements in their packages, a research report said on Wednesday.
周三發(fā)布的一份研究報告指出,中國員工福利保障體系仍未全面發(fā)展,大部分員工都希望福利保障有所提升。
Employee benefits system就是“員工福利保障體系”,指企業(yè)為員工提供的各類benefits package(福利項(xiàng)目),包括五險一金:養(yǎng)老保險(endowment insurance)、醫(yī)療保險(medical insurance)、失業(yè)保險(unemployment insurance)、工傷保險(employment injury insurance)和生育保險(maternity insurance),及住房公積金(Housing Provident Fund);補(bǔ)充商業(yè)保險(supplementary commercial insurance),帶薪年假(paid annual leave)等。
該報告顯示,金融業(yè)(financial industry)員工福利最好,外資企業(yè)(foreign-funded companies)員工福利保障體系最佳。
